Visit the Kasbah of the Udayas, a UNESCO World Heritage Site Islamic fortress near the Bou Regreg River. Built between the 12th and 13th centuries, the Kasbah of the Udayas is considered by many to be the jewel in Rabat's crown.
You will then continue to the mausoleum of Mohammed V, one of the best examples of architecture of the Alawite dynasty in the capital. See the tombs of Moroccan king Mohammed V and his son, and listen as your guide discusses the importance of royalty in Moroccan culture and history.
You will end your stay in Rabat at the Hassan Tower, a red sandstone monument among the ruins of a 12th-century mosque. Built by the Almohad dynasty, which came to rule an area of land stretching from southern Spain to Mali and Libya, the tower represents one of the most powerful ruling powers in Moroccan history.
When it's time to leave Rabat, board the coach again for the return trip to the port of Casablanca, where your tour will end.
