DAY 1: TANGIER TO CHEFCHAOUEN:

This morning we will pick you up from your hotel in Tangier, visit the Kasbah and Medina, the big one and the little one, the old one. Exit the old city, stop to rest and continue through spectacular scenery and beautiful views of the Rif Mountains region that has been inhabited by Berbers since prehistoric times. DAY 2: CHEFCHAOUEN TO FES:

DAY 3: EXCURSION IN FES:

DAY 4: FES – MIDELT – RISSANI - MERZOUGA DESERT ERG CHEBBI:

In the morning we will head towards the mountains, in a region known as Immouzzer, which is covered in forests of cedar, juniper and cork oak. The area is known for its abundant wildlife, and many types of birds, wild boar and Barbary apes can be seen on our Scenic Drive. The road will then begin to climb into the Middle Atlas Mountains; the slopes can be dotted with the tents and goat herds of the Berber nomads who call this rugged region home. After a late lunch in Midelt, we continue along mountain roads with views of the great flowing Oued Ziz. Passing kasbahs and palm groves, we will continue through the adobe-colored city of Er-Rachidia and in the afternoon, arrive at Merzouga, a small town on the outskirts of the Sahara desert. Night in Merzouga.

DAY 5: 4X4 MERZOUGA AND CAMEL RIDE:

After breakfast at the hotel, you can start exploring the area. You will visit the Gnawa people, originally slaves brought from Sudan, to enjoy their music and lifestyle. Not far away there is the lake of Merzouga, with its bird populations. You can also visit the Berber nomad cable house where many handicrafts have lower prices than in big cities. DAY 6: MERZOUGA – TODGHA GORGE – DADÈS GORGE:

We'll get up early to watch the spectacular sunrise over the dunes before heading back to the hotel for breakfast and a shower. We will cross the valleys of Tourog and Tinjdad lined with palm trees to arrive and visit the impressive Gorges of the Dades Gorges. Dinner and accommodation in a traditional riad.

DAY 7: DADÈS GORGE – OUARAZAZATE –AIT BENHADDOU - MARRAKECH:

Leaving the Dades Gorges valley after breakfast, drive to Ouarzazate, Moroccan Hollywood, a backdrop of many famous movies, we will visit the cinematographic museum, then UNESCO protected sites of Ait Benhaddou, the most impressive kasbah and well preserved fortress in Morocco. Many movies were filmed here, such as gladiator. Then we leave Ait Benhaddou and start heading towards the majestic Mount Atlas.
