DAY 1: FROM CASABLANCA – RABAT - MEKNES - FES:
The road from Fez through the capital Rabat takes us along a beautiful stretch of farmland where olive trees, cereals, vegetables and grapes are grown. Before reaching Fes you will visit Meknes and Volubilis. Volubilis is the site of the famous Roman ruins left over from the southern most advanced Roman Empire. Meknes is the site of the first Arab dynasty, created by Moulay Ismail, and includes the Medersa Bou Inania and the Bab Mansour, the gateway to the Moulay Ismail Palace. This brings us to the Sehrij es-Souani, the stables and barns. Upstairs is a roof garden and cafe with a great view of the city. They arrive in Fes, check into the hotel.
DAY 2: PRIVATE EXCURSION: SIGHTSEEING VISIT TO FEZ:
During your visit to Fez, the cultural and spiritual capital of Morocco, you will need a private tour guide who will help you discover the treasures of this beautiful city. For example, the old Medina has more than 9,400 streets. The importance of your guide is to provide you with assistance and, in particular, information on the history, culture and contemporary heritage of the city. In a country known for its rich diversity, a native guide is needed to bridge the gap by explaining and interpreting the local culture in their language.
DAY 3: FES – AZROU – MIDELT – ERFOUD - RISSANI - MERZOUGA:
After breakfast in your Riad, we will leave Fes traveling to Ifrane, a beautiful mountain town, called the Switzerland of Morocco, then continue to Midelt. During this trip visiting experience glimpses of the Middle Atlas and High Atlas Mountains. Stopping at Azrou, a Berber village in the center of the famous cedar forest, the largest in Morocco, there you will see Barbary apes. After a short stop in the forest, the journey continues towards Midelt along the magnificent foothills and the Atlas Mountains. You will travel through Erfoud. Afterward, you'll travel along the lush Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views en route to Erfoud and Rissani. Arrival in Merzouga in the afternoon. To be greeted with a glass of mint tea before checking in to your riad, before dinner and in the evening.
DAY 4: EXCURSION IN MERZOUGA:
This day will be dedicated to exploring the Sahara desert by 4×4 vehicle. After breakfast we will drive through the dunes and visit some oases in the desert, also the village of Khamlia, famous for its music – Gnaoua music. Later on our private Morocco tour we will visit the Berber nomads in the desert and spend little time with them. Then ride camels in the desert and spend this night in the desert camp in tents. We will have dinner and Berber music around the campfire. This will be an amazing experience on your private Morocco tour that you will never forget.
DAY 5: MERZOUGA – TODGHA GORGE – DADÈS GORGE:
We will get up early to see the spectacular sunrise over the dunes before heading back to the HOTEL for breakfast and a shower. We leave for the famous Rissani market to visit it if we are lucky and coincide with one of the Market days, then we will cross the palm groves of Tourog and Tinjdad lined with palm trees to arrive and visit the impressive Todra Gorges. Dinner and accommodation in Hotel in Dades Gorges.
DAY 6: DADÈS GORGE – OUARAZAZATE –AIT BENHADDOU - MARRAKECH:
The morning is dedicated to the visit of Ouarzazate: Kasbah of Taourirt, Film studios. Then departure to the Fortified town of Ait Ben Haddou, where we will visit its famous UNESCO Kasbah. In this spectacular setting, renowned films such as Gladiator, Obelix, Sahara with Penelope Cruz or Joya del Nile have been shot, lunch on site and trip to Marrakech via the highest port of Tizi N'Tichka, we visited the Olive Oil cooperative ARGAN, where we discover the production process and they will explain the innumerable benefits it has for the human body. Arrival in Marrakech around 6:00 p.m. Free time to discover the famous Jamaa el Fna square. Overnight in Riyadh.
DAY 7: MARRAKECH EXCURSION:
After breakfast, head out to see the city of Marrakech by bus and on foot. With views of the snow-capped High Atlas Mountains, Morocco's cultural capital is home to fortune tellers, snake charmers, towers, tombs and garden oases. Enjoy it all as you explore with your guide and pose for photos alongside impressive monuments such as the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace, and the bustling Djemaa el Fna square. Translated as the "place of the dead", the square represents the heart of the old city of Marrakech and is a site hailed as one of the best meeting places in the world. See acrobats tumbling, tea vendors wandering and dancers dancing as locals stroll and visitors watch the scene.
